You Bikini Body Mommies will be workout accountability partners, pushing and motivating each other, which is an important support system to have! We all have to start somewhere -- so POSITIVE support, even if it comes from a total stranger -- is HUGE!

ReplyDeleteI am also not FBer. I did record my results for Day 1 Fittest for myself but they were Speed Squats = 22, High Knees = 103, Push ups - (bent knees) 15, Squat jumps = 15, Triceps Dip = 20, Burpees = 6, Alternating Lunges = 18, Elbow Plank = 30 sec.

ReplyDeleteK, I am FBer (as it was put ear;ier :)), and I just started today so I'm guessing I'm a day behind. I am a mother of 4, with the youngest just 4 months old. I am SO ready to get back to what I was before this last pregnancy, which would be about 15lbs. However, with that said, I would REALLY like to lose about 25lbs. to feel great in...well, a bikini :) Thanks for all the posts so far, I look forward to seeing what else ya got.

I am so happy I found your 90 day challenge! I spent most of this weekend contemplating different weight loss programs. I needed them to be affordable, flexible, and motivating, your 90 day challenge hits all those points. I have 60 pounds to lose and I am now at a point where I'm frustrated by my weight and it is starting to put a damper on my usually upbeat personality. I little background I have 3 children, each year apart from one another so I never had chance to lose the baby weight, as my youngest is reaching 3 years old I now am making it one of my top priorities is to take care of myself and lose the weight. I am super excited for the challenge! I don't have Facebook, is there another way for me to sign up for the challenge? Thanks!
